Where I focus is where the energy goes. There is always light within, a crack, a slither of illuminance. It is the touch of magic, the Divine. I love the practice Elizabeth Gilbert promotes on Substack: Love Letters to Ourselves. It reminds me I am never alone. It is a practice of remembering there is a wise, quiet voice inside that is always kind, gentle, nurturing, loving, and understanding. I am never adrift and alone; we are all love. All we need to do is focus here, expand, and find our interconnectedness, where we acknowledge we are more expansive and connected than this physical body. I step out and look for the light in everything.
