Where I focus is where the energy goes. There is always light within, a crack, a slither of illuminance. It is the touch of magic, the Divine. I love the practice Elizabeth Gilbert promotes on Substack: Love Letters to Ourselves. It reminds me I am never alone. It is a practice of remembering there is a wise, quiet voice inside that is always kind, gentle, nurturing, loving, and understanding. That I am never adrift and alone, we are all love. All we need to do is focus here, expand, and find our interconnectedness, where we acknowledge we are more expansive and connected than this physical body. I step out and look for the light in everything.
